Experience the Freedom and Flexibility of the EVO ICL™
Life is all about the details, and we want you to enjoy every single one. EVO ICL (EVO) is made for people who want to experience life without the hassle of glasses or contacts.
An ICL, also called an Implantable Collamer® Lens, is a refractive implant to correct myopia (nearsightedness) and astigmatism. This clear lens is surgically implanted through a microscopic opening in the cornea to sit in front of the eye’s natural lens, behind the iris (pupil). Unlike a contact lens on the eye, this lens is implanted permanently in the eye.
Unlike some other vision correction options, EVO is an additive technology that corrects vision without the removal of any corneal tissue. EVO is meant to reduce or eliminate the need for glasses or contacts and unlike most permanent refractive solutions, EVO is removable.
More than 2 million EVO ICLs have been implanted in the world.
Benefits of EVO ICL
Unlike most other refractive solutions, EVO is removable for added peace of mind. EVO is meant to reduce or eliminate the need for glasses or contacts and unlike most permanent refractive solutions, EVO is removable.

EVO ICL Procedure | What to Expect
EVO is made of biocompatible Collamer material that works in harmony with your eye. ICLs have been implanted in eyes for more than 20 years. Your eye doctor will create a small opening in your cornea that will be used to insert and position the EVO lens behind the pupil. The procedure is typically painless with numbing eye drops and it typically takes less than 10 minutes. You can experience improved vision right away and a quick recovery time.
How the procedure works
EVO ICL Compared to Other Vision Correction Procedures
Condition Treated
Nearsightedness
Myopia, also known as nearsightedness, is a common type of refractive error where near objects appear clearly, but far objects appear blurry.
Astigmatism
Astigmatism causes your vision to be blurred at both near and far distances. It occurs when your cornea is shaped more like a football than a basketball.
